My goal is to treat your face and body like the connected, intelligent system they actually are. Every service I offer is built around the understanding that your nervous system, your fascia and your lymphatic system are all in constant conversation with each other and that real, lasting results happen when we work with that rather than around it. Whether we're releasing fascial restriction that's holding tension in your jaw, supporting lymph flow to reduce inflammation and puffiness, or using trauma-informed touch to bring your nervous system into a state where healing can actually happen, the intention behind every technique is the same. Somatic, slow flow massage services focused on the face, neck, chest and shoulders. Choose from 3 different time options to include more modalities, such as Celluma LED.

My signature treatments are the Flow and Nourish somatic facials, which include 45-60 mins of sculpting and buccal facial massage along with the basic elements of skin treatments (cleanse, exfoliation, mask). These can be customized with different enhancements during booking.
The Essential Somatic Skin Treatment does not include extended facial massage or buccal work.

All Solar Return sessions begin with a card pull and spell candle, followed by a ritual cleansing with smoke and/or sound healing tools.
During the facial or bodywork essential oils, crystals, herbs, sound healing tools and techniques are chosen specifically for co-creation with the universe during your astrological season.

In this category you’ll find offerings that go beyond typical treatments, integrating full-body work, facial massage and therapeutic techniques that harmonize and revitalize from head to toe.

You can also book virtual consultations if you are not local and would like help choosing skin care or incorporating rituals at home, such as cupping or gua sha.
In this category you will also find virtual consultations for professionals seeking to order sound healing tools or book trainings.

While booking your appointment, you will have the option to select from a list of modalities that can be used to customize your treatment such as gua sha, energy work or cupping. These do not add extra time or cost.

If you want to add bodywork to a facial or facial massage to bodywork, there will be a price listed and it will extend your service time.
Other add ons include adding extra time to your bodywork sessions, mini sound baths, manual lymphatic drainage and Shirodhara warm oil treatments.
