Somatic Facials and Bodywork include multiple elements that can be added in to your service to fully customize and support your healing journey, no matter what your concerns. All services include sound healing elements, weighted eye and/or body support, aromatherapy, crystals and energy work as needed.

  • Available January-March only.

    Embrace the yin season with these special treatments designed to honor winter’s stillness and support deep restoration.

    Celestial Glow Ritual: this 60 minute chemical peel with lymphatic drainage and LED will help reset your skin by encouraging cell turnover, circulation and healing.
    $120 (regular price $180)

    Crown of Midnight Ritual: this 90 minute version of the Celestial Pillar is combined with its most popular add on, buccal massage, to create a restorative and crown opening winter treatment.
    $190 (regular price: $220)

    Fire Within Ritual: this 2 hour version of the Thai Herbal Flow is combined with facial poultice massage, buccal massage and facial reflexology to increase circulation and balance in the body.
    $250 (regular price: $315)

    Each ritual is crafted with warming herbs inspired by the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, with the intention of nurturing the body and spirit during the year’s most introspective time. Herbs used during the winter, such as cardamom, clove and ginger, are not just about physical warmth but also about nurturing the deeper aspects of vitality. In TCM, warming herbs are used to invigorate kidney energy, protect the body from cold-related ailments like sluggish digestion or stiffness by increasing circulation and support overall resilience. In Ayurveda, warm herbs stimulate digestive fire, nurture vital energies and pacify doshas that are aggravated by cold (Vata and Kapha).

  • These astrologically-charged treatments are curated for your birthday season to cleanse away the last year and set an intention for your next turn around the sun. 🌞

    All Solar Return sessions begin with a card pull and spell candle, followed by a ritual cleansing with smoke and/or sound healing tools.

    During the facial or bodywork essential oils, crystals, herbs, sound healing tools and techniques are chosen specifically for co-creation with the universe during your astrological season.

  • Discover deeply restorative treatments that blend specialized facial, body and energy work for complete rejuvenation. Inspired by modalities used in different branches of Eastern traditional medicine, services in this category may incorporate Shirodhara (Ayurveda), Thai herbal poultices, acupressure or Acutonics tuning fork therapy (TCM) to engage the body and nervous system in profound relaxation.

    Each service is designed to bring a touch of Yin energy into your treatment, nourishing balance by gently enhancing the body’s natural restorative processes.

    In this category you’ll find offerings that go beyond typical facials, integrating full-body work and therapeutic techniques that harmonize and revitalize from head to toe.

  • Schedule time to pop by Sun Up Skin and pick up online orders or grab product from our retail shelves.

    You can also book virtual consultations if you are not local and would like help choosing skin care or incorporating rituals at home, such as cupping or gua sha.

    In this category you will also find virtual consultations for professionals seeking to order sound healing tools or book trainings.

  • While booking your appointment, you will have the option to select from a list of modalities that can be used to customize your treatment such as gua sha, energy work or cupping. These do not add extra time or cost.

    If you want to add bodywork to a facial or facial massage to bodywork, there will be a price listed and it will extend your service time.

    Other add ons include adding extra time to your bodywork sessions, manual lymphatic drainage and Shirodhara warm oil treatments.
